From time to time, we all need support finding our way through the challenges life throws at us. Maybe you’ve experienced something challenging or heartbreaking, or maybe life is just feeling a bit harder than you wish it did. Whatever the struggle, I’m here to help you find a new path forward.

My philosophy is based on the theory of restorative practices, and is informed by training in acceptance and commitment therapy, emotionally focused therapy, trauma theory, and transformative coaching. I’ll walk alongside you to better understand the harm or distress in your life, and together, we’ll chart a path through it.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, navigating all sorts of circumstances.

I have specialised experience working with people in the unique worlds of the music industry, start-up founders and entrepreneurs, first responders, people who have experienced medical harm or injury, and those who have experienced public shaming and online abuse. Grief and loss, stress and burnout, breakups and heartbreaks, and a lack of purpose or direction are all circumstances I can help with, too.


Please note:

I currently provide counselling and coaching to adult individuals and couples online only. Or, if you’re in the Wellington area, and the weather allows, I’m also always very happy to do a ‘walk and talk’ session on any of the local trails any day of the week for individuals (not couples sessions). Just let me know if that’s something you’d prefer, and we’ll arrange it.
